[Life Or Death]

Honestly, this seems like it has a lot of potential. There really are some cool ideas here. However, the poor grammar just really took me out of it. I found myself trying to figure out what was being said more than I was actually enjoying myself. Otherwise, it seems like it really could be a great game, someone just needs to edit the dialogue and grammar. So I'm gonna leave it with 3 stars in the hopes this issue is fixed in a later version. Keep up the good work. =)

A well executed reimagining of a classic game! I highly recommend playing in first person (that's just me though).

Thanks. I prefer 1st person too, most players seem to prefer 3rd person though.

The most interesting thing about this game is that it has different endings and that means playing through the same gameplay over and over again. That's good for replayability, and is a clever way to develop the main character. However, that gets really boring really fast and the game moves rather slow which doesn't do much to facilitate the player's interest. This is primarily an issue with drinking. It takes so long to down the appropriate amount of beers for several of the endings. Overall, it's interesting story-wise, but the gameplay itself is pretty lackluster. If you plan on makeing edits in the future, I'd recommend working on the pacing of the game: make it faster or at least more fun to play at the current slow pace. Otherwise, good job. It's a neat idea. It's a bit vulgar for my tastes, but that's honestly just me and not something that can really be helped.

P.S. The computer game could use some work. It's impossible to rotate fast enough to defeat enemy ships before they fire at you, and since you can't move, their shots ALWAYS hit which makes the game more about luck (you just have to hope you're lucky enough to not get multiple enemy ships on screen at once).

And about the computer game: Sorry that's my fault I forgot to tell the controls for that particular minigame, because I reused an older one, The ship can move by pressing the Up key. After establishing that the only keys used are the Left, Right and Space, I should have told about the Up key inside the minigame. :P

Cool and fun holiday idea. The gameplay's a bit simplistic, but that's not a bad thing. Have you ever considered adding something of a story element to this game?

[The Awakening RPG]

Oh boy. Where do I start? This is by all means one of the most entertaining games that I have played on Newgrounds. I love all the work and detail that has been put into the game particularly where side quests are concerned and the story really drew me in. All of this on top of the smooth flow was great...until I got to "the end".
I know, I know, I heard your avatar's explanation, but I still really want you to finish this game! It has so much potential and it seems like a waste to drop such a promising project after getting thus far. I really can't stress enough how wonderful it would be to see this finished, and if you won't take it from me, look at the other 58 pages of comments! People really like this game! You certainly have the talent and you may not be able to get to it in even a few years. But still, it's worth continuing.

Anyway, enough with that. There are some glitches I'd like to point out. The first, is when you're escaping from the cave as it collapses, the game tends to freeze, crash, and just glitch out a lot. Idk if it's my browser since you said Google Chrome may not be the best at the game's start or what, but I figure it's worth looking at. Otherwise great game and I hope to see more in the future.
